Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SCCM/Intune Enterprise System Administrator to manage and optimize Microsoft Intune device management and security solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement and troubleshoot policies and solutions across various locations

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Intune Device Management:

  • Manage and configure Microsoft Intune to streamline device management across the enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain strategies and configuration profiles for Intune-managed devices.

Troubleshooting and Security Management:

  • Diagnose and resolve platform and security-related issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the management of BitLocker encryption and other critical security applications.

Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Design, test, document, and implement new Intune policies as required.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational security and operational standards.

Collaboration and Onsite Support:

  • Attend meetings with vendors, engineers, local plant IT staff, and suppliers to coordinate and execute IT tasks.
  • Provide hands-on support at CTC and local Southeast Michigan plant locations to address IT-related challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Intune device management and SCCM administration.
  • Strong understanding of device configuration, security management, and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in managing BitLocker encryption and related security applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, document, and implement enterprise IT policies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Availability to provide onsite support in Southeast Michigan when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with manufacturing or plant IT environments.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate are a plus.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
